[Q] Phone cannot be detected while in download mode topic

LGVS930 Spectrum 2
Lg mobile support tool cannot detect my phone while it is download mode.
My phone is in security mode so I can not boot it.

I have tried switching ports and usb cords.
not sure what else to do at this moment.
