Upgrading to kit kat Russian Rom topic

Hi guys,

I am on stock note 3 Indian rom and I want to upgrade to Russian kit kat rom, can you please tell me is there be any difference after upgrade other then kit kat features. I m not rooted so will I loose my warranty?

If it's okay to try then how to upgrade it.
