zip file can't be opened in twrp topic

Hello , I'm trying to flash [4.1.2][JZO54K] CyanogenMod10 | BUILD #3 ... the zip file can't be opened in twrp , every time I falsh it , it fails . I flashed kernel cleaing and wipe script and they worked fine . I tried to flash it through fastboot , but it was unable to load the boot.img. what should I do ?!!!!
