All custom roms boot loop, except CM topic

Hey there, so I've been at this for 3 days and if only I had activated my phone first, this wouldn't be a problem

I have CM11 installed, and working, but I can't activate my phone. I don't have a Windows comp, so the RUU toolkit is out of the question.

I have the proper trwp

When I ran ViperOne, and Ecliptic (which are sense based, so I can activate my phone) they both crash when I drag the icon to unlock on the homecreen. They load to HTC green text screen, but can still hit hte power off to bring up menu panel or, drop down from the top bar.

Any ideas?
