First time post so please bare with me.
My wife's S4 has an issue where the 4Glte and Wifi are showing up at the same time.
It's causing her phone to not charge properly and not allow texts or streaming to happen.
I don't know if those are even connected but that's what seems to be happening at the moment. I tried looking through the forums and couldnt find anything about this.
I also googled it and there wasn't much help. It seems to have happened to Verizon phones where some app get's installed called Caller Id and you just need to remove it. there isn't a caller id app in her phone at all and i don't know what to do besides factory resetting.
Please let me know if any one has any ideas.
