Can I flash a GPE RUU with an m7_ul? (S-Off) topic

Hey,
Just wondering, can I flash a GPE ruu for my HTC One (GSM)? Im s-offed and SuperCid-ed does that make a difference and if I flash the RUU will it take away my s-off?
