E STRONG LAN connection possible? topic

I realize that this device has the Remote PC app; however, I was trying to set up the LAN connection to my PC and the estrong app doesn't even give me the opportunity to add a remote server. No problem from my other devices. Is this part of Knox or the Samsung UI? This is the first device I don't have root on (12.2) and my first experience with anything wearing samsung cloak (had Google gnex) so not sure what's going on. Thanks for any help.
