firmware is arabic.. need help/support on this.. topic

i installed the ota update a month ago, then suddenly my hox just went boot loop - stucked in the welcome screen. went to a tech here in the philippines and they were not able to fix or reprogram my hox coz they say firmware is arabic, they were not able to look or download one for it..
please to all experts i need assistance on this one. i haven't used my phone for a month now.. :(
