Flashify, Goomanager and Rom manager can't identify device topic

Hi,
I'm trying to flash Omnirom to my Oppo Find 5 and i have to flash twrp but flashify and goomanager say no recovery were found for your device and rom manager can't flash cwm because it can't identify my device. What can i do?
