Fully kill Skydrive? (RT) topic

I found a method that let's you disable skydrive in win 8.0 but it doesn't seem to work in 8.1. Skydrive shows a tiny cloud in the taskbar when on the desktop, and the only way I can kill it is with task manager to end the process.
