[Help] Beginning Help with Dayz topic

I just want to make playing Dayz SA a little easier with the help of Timon's ESP thing. I have no idea what I'm doing, and I would like some help. I know pretty much nothing of coding and stuff, but if someone could give me step by step what to do with this hook and injecting and all this stuff, I would love you long time.
