[Help] IR emitter error topic

After updating to Kit Kat 4.4, I encountered such an error whereby all IR apps can't detect my IR. It gives out an warning "App error 19: IR Emitter not found". What has happened here and anyone having the same problem ? Mine is Singapore set.
