[Help] mouse_event vs SendInput topic

I'm wondering which of these is fastest for like triggerbots as an example.
I don't need the error handling stuff that SendInput gives, because it has a return value.
For me to see SendInpt should be slower because the program has to parse much more to the api.
But msdn advice to use it?
