[Help] New Steam Account // New DayZ Standalone topic

I'm going to cut this short..

I was banned on my original account (global ban: battleye)
I've made a new steam and bought standalone on it.. My character from my original account pops up on my new one and I'm still banned, yet in the email I received from them they said I could make another steam account and purchase the game again.

Anyone got a fix? Thanks
