How to set HTL21 on GSM/WCDMA at every startup ? phone info doesn't do it :( topic

I unlocked my HTL21 with some tutorial from here,but now every time when I power up my phone,I have to enter in phone info and set the network type on GSM / WCDMA to get signal,every time it is on LTE :( .

Is there anyway to set it by default on GSM or WCDMA ?

I wanna sell it and this is not good.
My HTC HTL21 have 1.41 of HBOOT.
