kaser Net'sGo YF730 Reset needed topic

Hello,

i have kaser Net'sGo YF730 , The tablet powers up and boots but stuck on before it goes to the home screen ..

i tried to restart it to recovery mode but with no luck .. i tried power and + pressed togather .. nothing happens then i tried power and + with - and then nothing happend ...

i tried to boot it to recover from adb reboot recovery , it answers the command and reboots but it do not go the the recovery it just restart itself .. it seems as if this device has no stock recovery ... the kasercorp who makes this device seems have no firmware or recovery tool for it in thier website and i tried contact them many times with no answer .. they have a recovery tool for older module that i tried but with no luck ..

So my quastion what can i do now ...

wonder if a dump file from a same module can do it ..!?
