Looking for a note 2 masters. topic

Hey guys, i was recently injured at work and i am facing 5 blown discs and 5 pinched nerves. I am so bored doing nothing at all and am interested in NOT screwing up my note 2 :D. Anyways I really need some experts to advise and guide me in not bricking my phone but to help me doing this as it actually helps with pain management. Thx in advance.
