My xperia sola is dead... :( topic

Hello,
after reading the topic of aid, and not getting even with soft / hard brick, my soles not pass the boot and there is eternally ...
he flash in fastboot ,flash in fastmode says this all ok, and then on reboot not exit logo, to help, i guess I am no cwm ... can someone help?
I have BLunlocker and root. what i do?
