No LTE/4G Signal after upgrading to KitKat topic

I upgraded my note 3 to Kitkat using Philippines official kitkat firmware. My note 3 is originally from KSA Region and im here in KSA. I think its a modem problem. What modem can I use to fix the signal issue? Kitkat is not yet available here in KSA.
