Problem with my Lg E460 topic

Hi guys,

i hope you can help me to recover my phone.

I've do a hard reset to my phone, but when the language menu apperas after the rboot it saids: "LGSetupWizard has stopped".... and it returns to that menu selection.... what i can do....???
