Problem with update on 4.4 S.O.S. topic

Hello i got honk kong 32 gb lg g2. My OTA update came up but cause i was rooted i couldnt update sto i followed this guide(no experiance with TWRP) .....i tried to install but update function frozen up so after i waited for long i restart the phone but i couldnt open it again it stucked on LG logo. Then i tried to follow this guide to load German 4.4 ROM. ........ but when i try to press the normal web upgrate test on R&D i get the messege usb or port not found. What can i do? please help :crying::crying:
