As you all know, Google has removed KitKat UI in the latest revision of AOSP. However, it seems as though in earlier KitKat builds (<4.4.1, prior to 12/14/2013), the necessary files for Tablet UI were still built in, albeit with a 4.3 Blue-icon-filled UI.
What I will be attempting to do:
1) Create a patch with the necessary files to run the Tablet UI on devices running KitKat 4.4.2 by forward porting the framework/layout found in the earlier KitKat builds.
2) Update the icons to match the rest of the KitKat UI
