[Q] Activating pie controls on devices with dedicated hardware buttons topic

Hi,

I have been compiling PA for a few weeks now for the Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3. But I have not been able to get the pie controls activated. The youtube video shows that the pie gets activated automatically when immersive mode is set.

But I do not get a popup to that effect. I tried adding this commit but ended up with a compile error.
