[Q] After LCD with digitizer replacement there is dark spot on the screen topic

I have bought new lcd with digitizer assembled together on ebay. After I have changed it I found out that there is dark spot on the screen when using white or lighter colors. What could be wrong? Is it possible to somehow remove the dark spot?
