[Q] AVG WiFi Assistant-like app for GPS? topic

I'm looking for an app which automatically turns on GPS when the device leaves a specified area based on cell tower information like AVG's WiFi Assistant does.

And I'm also looking for an app like LG's Safety Care which works on all brands.
