[Q] Battery Drain on CM10.2.10-yuga due to stopped NFC service topic

I recently got a Sony Xperia Z and installed CM10.2.10-yuga on it. I've noticed I get heavy battery drain from the Nfc Service:



And it continues to drain even after I stop the service:



and when I go to the NFC section in the settings, it's greyed out:



What's going on? :confused:
