[Q] the definition of the spam topic

hi, everyone.

i'm a freshman, can somebody tell me or explain the definition of spam in this forum? in other words, what kind of post can be banned?

if i want to introduce an app or a mobile, can it be catagoried into the spam?

what the stardard of post/thread?
