[Q] Difference between s4 mini gt-i9195 and gt-i9195L? topic

Is there a difference bewteen these two when it comes to rooting? I was planning on using arco68's method (http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2364980 ) but im worried about it working properly. Pardon any mistakes but english is not my native language.
