[Q] Flashing other device Rom in Samsung GT-S6253 topic

Hi ... um using Samsung GT-S6253 ... Its Chinese and I dont like its Rom ... Can i flash it with another Rom ? Or Customized Rom ??? Because I want an English Rom with play store in it ... Please help and provide links
