[Q] How to put Lockscreen Widgets on Dans GE ROM topic

Exactly as the title says, I cant scroll to the left of my Lockscreen to bring the window with the "+" on it over to add a widget to the lockscreen. Sorry I am very new to Kitkat and my S4.
