[Q] Installing Android Wear Preview app on LG P-500 topic

I have got Android Wear Preview app apk downloaded .

When installing ( through File Manager ) , it gives a message ' Parse error | There was a problem parsing the package '.

I have CM 10.2 up and running and USB debugging + unknown sources enabled .

Phone : Rooted LGE P-500 ( Optimus One ).

Any help / suggestion / advise appreciated .
