[Q] Japanese Phone Question? topic

Hi! i've been very interested in Japanese phones and would like to acquire one in the foreseeable future, my question is, I want one that cost around 300 or less and doesn't have tons of battery issues. Before the battery problems, i was thinking Fujitsu F-10D and F-02E, can any one please suggest a phone that will fit my needs or if im just dreaming? I'm in Canada btw.
