[Q] Just received the i727 and need a firmware with Turkish topic

Hi all, I just got an i727 and need to flash a firmware that has Turkish support. I need to root it first, of course.

I don't need anything fancy, I see that latest stock available is Android 4.1.2 , if I download that from SamMobile, will I be able to switch the language to Turkish?
