[Q] KitKat Roms in the Dev Section topic

I have 2 questions about flashing a KitKat rom from the dev section.

1. Will I be able to go back to a Jellybean rom if I want to?
2. Once I have upgraded to a KitKat rom, will I have to use odin everytime I want to flash a mod or can I still use safestrap?
