[Q] Possible to get nexus 5 People (Contacts.apk) on Note 3? topic

Hi, hoping I'm posting in the right place. I can't seem to find anyway to get the people app from nexus 5 to my note 3 SM-N900W8. The other contacts app that came with the note is awful.

I'm also wondering if I can replace the phone and diaper with the nexus 5 dialer as well...
