[Q] Rom update without begin locked topic

Dear Experts,

I have T-Mobile Note II T889 rooted with Clear ROM 5.0 and android version 4.1.2. I have my phone SIM free so I can use any other SIM than T-Mobile. I need your help in updating my ROM to 4.3.x without losing unlock feature in addition to rooted ROM and minimal customization i.e. the same experience as stock ROM. what is the best ROM for that? . Does N7105 stock ROM work for me?
