[Q] samsung grand duos GT-I9082 is going safe mode , stuck on it, topic

samsung grand duos GT-I9082 is going safe mode , stuck on it, i've done everything possible,sample way , removed battery 1 or 2 min then back it
1-wipe data
2-wipe cash partition
3-stock rom ,
4-cwm recovery tried to wipe from it
Only made it work after intialisation then wipe data , and if i restart phone back to safe mode again, if any 1 know about those issues help me with it
