[Q] Shw-M250s convert problem.. topic

Shw-M250s convert problem..
I want My Shw-M250s to convert to I9100. I did many sets before...
But this one after Flashing shows Imei 0044****** and no sevice...
I did many tries for repairing imei using Z3X By selecting I9100 but Ztool gives error every time..

If I go Back to M250s Using Pit and 4.1.2 or 4.0.4 its imei repairs automatically.

But Now the problem is it shows on screen
