[Q] T-Mobile S4 (M919) after 4.4.2 update won't rotate screen topic

Even when I toggle the screen rotate button in quick settings or the display settings, the phone seems to be stuck in portrait view. Can't get landscape view to after ever since I update from 4.3 to 4.4.2. I've tried rebooting multiple times.

I have the official TW ROM (albeit rooted with CF).

Anyone experiencing this same issue?
