[Q] Telsda T9989 Gapps or roms? topic

Hi I bought a Chinese mobile brand is it Telsda the model is T9989 mtk chip uses the 6517 version of the so android is 4.1.2, I would like to know how you could install the google app (gapps) or if possible putting on one custom roms. that includes them, thank you very much in advance.
