[Q] USB Connection Type Problems topic

Is there a way to use other type of USB connection other than MTP or PTP in custom ROMS, because it's causing me problems to move files from the device or big files, ~100MB and up, or to the device. In my Samsung Galaxy S II, I use Flash Drive type which I choose when to connect the memory to the PC even if it is connected which is working flawlessly even in MAC os X.:p
