[Q] Verizon Mobile Network State: Disconnected? topic

I have a Verizon Samsung S3 (TWRP 2.6.3.1 and d2-VRBMF1_firmware) is running on Gummy-M1.2-03-07-14-NIGHTLY-d2lte.

WIFI setting is "off"
Mobile Data Setting:
Mobile data is checked
Network mode is CDMA/LTE/EVDO
Mobile Network State: Disconnected

I know my phone was on Samsung Stock rom that was working fine.
How can I fix it or what?
