It is based on CM7 by Alberto96

3. Reboot recovery (in advanced)

5.mount and storage
6.format system data and cache
7.mount system data e cache
8.install GingerKat
9.mount and storage
10.mount system
11.flash gear kernel 0.4
12.reboot
