ROM recommendation? :) topic

Hey guys how's your day going? Well it's been a while since I've been on here and finally want to root my GS3, was wondering which roms are fast and stable and/or have the ability to enable the stock tethering option? Maybe something I could install via the cwm rom manager or just through holding the key combo down? Thanks guys :]
