S5 SecWallpaperChooser for S3 topic

I found on N3 forum and working on S3 as well. I test on 4.3 MK6 Rom.

Finally I get the S5 WallpaperChooser fully working.

Instructions:

1. Download: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ic7hnd2yfh...IZI_signed.apk

2. Backup & Delete SecWallapaerChooser.apk from System/app.

3. Copy SecWallpaperChooser_IZI_signed.apk to System/app permission rw-r--r--.

4. Reboot.
