Sense 5 Big Foto in Call/LockScreen call topic

Hi there is there a mod for htc one x+ with sense 5 for big foto when i receive/make calls like in here http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2138654 ?

Hope there is and, if it is do i need to root my htc to make the mod work?
