Simlocked topic

Gonna keep it short,i flashed CM 11,something went wrong.
I flashed custom rom with Odin.
Since then my phone has a simlock.

Even when i flash another rom with Odin,it doesnt work.

Some1 knows how to fix this?

I had this before a year ago and can't remember how i fixxed it.
