Some apps cannot create new directory on SD card topic

Some applications cannot create new directories on the SD card of my S4 Mini i9190.

Line: I can not see the photos that my friends send. "Can't use SD card. Please confirm SD card settings"
Compass: It cannot save the photos. "Sorry. The new folder cannot be created"

- Other apps can access the SD card. I can create new directories with ES File Explorer. I can also move applications to the SD card.

- I have formatted the SD card from the phone.

- I have tried with another SD card.

- I have made a hard reset to the phone, and reinstalled the apps again.

I would appreciate any help.
