Here is a working weather widget themed from S5 weather widget sources.

How to install:
Make a backup of your current file; AccuweatherWidget.apk
Download the file here
Rename it to AccuweatherWidget.apk
Put it in your SD
Move it to system folder
Set permission
Move it to System\app folder
Reboot
