Would it be possible to get m7spri cm10.1 on vzwm7 topic

I wanna port Ubuntu Touch to the verizon htc one but its based off of cm10.1 base and i cant fine it anywhere for the verizon version so could i port the sprint cm10.1 to the verizon htc one and then build ubuntu touch on top of that!!
